So far, best experience from this visit. everything was done professional, starting my encounter with receptionist, then I met RDA that took care of my teeth. I cannot say enough about Dr. Love and her Staff. From my first phone call interaction with Colleen she was absolutely amazing!!! I was desperate for an appointment and she really tried to get me the earliest appointment and she did I was so very grateful! Then meeting her in person still simply amazing and sweet! Then there’s Claudia again extremely professional but super sweet and comforting. Dr Love and her staff provided a professional caring experience during my procedure on Dec 1. The surgery went smoothly and was relatively painless. I was given post surgery instructions and a follow up appt date. Dr Love called me that eve to see how it was doing.

Dr. Love is my favorite practice to visit. Everyone is always cheerful, polite, and professional. Dr. Love is the best at what she does.

Made an appointment for my child however I wasn’t informed by staff that they did not accept my dental insurance at check in. That was very unprofessional of the Love team for not providing this information from the start. Dr. Love continued to complete the examination even though they knew that they did not accept my Dental Insurance. I was informed after the fact.

This was my first visit to a medical professional since the beginning of the year. I was very impressed with the safety protocol in the office. I felt safe and comfortable. The visit was for an annual checkup of my implants. As always i was very impressed with Dr. Love and the staff.

Joana in the office was perfect! My appt. the week before was cancelled and when rescheduling I again requested Jennifer. When I arrived I found out I wasn’t getting Jennifer. Joana listened to me vent. She was so professional. My next appt. she scheduled me for Jennifer! I had my teeth cleaned and I’m sorry to say I can’t remember her name. The new person was also very friendly, professional and good. I was impressed. On my way out I thanked Joana and let her know I was happy! Looks like this one is a keeper!

The consultation with Dr. Love was thorough and explanative. Only issue I have is that they ordered prescriptions long before I even committed to a procedure; I was quite surprised to get advised by my Pharmacy that I had these items ready for pickup; a little premature don’t you think?

The hygienist was very cognizant of my sensitivity and I appreciate the care she gave me. I go in for quarterly teeth cleaning that is more deep tissue and it always very nerve racking for me. She was very kind!!

This was a routine Wednesday cleaning appointment with Burke (sp?). She is very capable and personable, She performed the preriodontic count in addition to the cleaning.

Tala was pleasant and personable. I did notice l was in and out in approximately 40 to 45 minutes. All other hygienist take one hour. No suggestions made to me about caring for my teeth.

I appreciated so much the fact that Dr. Love is not anxious to pull a tooth that my dentist and an endodontist suspect has a fractured root that cannot be seen in a CT scan. She instead adjusted my bite and showed me how to properly clean around the suspect tooth with perio brushes. Since the pain on the right side of my face is sporadic she also suspects a sinus infection I had recently contributed to the pain as well as clenching my teeth at night. She wants to see me in two weeks as a follow up after my using her suggestions for cleaning and alleviating dry mouth at night. A less ethical specialist may have just convinced me that I needed an extraction and implant. Thank you, Dr. Love.

What a satisfying experience I had with Dr. Love and her staff. They all welcome you with a smile and act truly interested in your reason for being there.

Everyone is so nice at Dr. Love’s office from the moment you walk in. I love the way Dr. love explains everything she is going to do and makes you feel very comfortable about the procedure she will be doing.

Dr. Love is one dentist I don’t mind going to visit. If you require Periodontics work see her first. And, you’ll like her staff as well! I almost was going to have a tooth pulled; however, through her expertise she figured it was the tooth next to it that was causing the problem. Everything is fixed and I couldn’t be happier.

I started my treatment program in May, 2019. It was a known fact that I did not take care of my teeth over the past 72 years BUT I was informed by Dr. Love that I could still be attached to my teeth if I follow her plan for some years to come. I am following the plan, am treated with respect and my appointments have NEVER been delayed by more than a few moments. Key point – Dr. Love and her staff work with the patient as unique individuals opposed to one size fits all. My perspective.
